1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Decyvo, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when you register and to keep it up to date.

3. Your content

You retain full ownership of the decisions, reflections, and other content you record in your journal. You grant Decyvo a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate and improve the service for you.

Your journal is private by default. We do not sell your content and do not use it to train public AI models.

4. AI Analyst

AI Analyst is an optional feature that provides AI-generated reflections on your decisions. It is an assistance and reflection tool, not a replacement for your own judgment.

AI-generated responses can be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or based on incorrect assumptions. You should independently evaluate AI-generated information before relying on it, especially for important decisions involving areas such as finances, health, legal matters, employment, relationships, or other significant life decisions.

You remain responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take, including any decisions informed by AI Analyst.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access it by unauthorized means, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.

6. Service changes

We may update the service, add or remove features, and change these terms from time to time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Decyvo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Decyvo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
